Fitting instructions for fuel injected BMW F650 GS · Drill carburettor inlet rubber on the right hand side in the middle of one of the flats - 4.5mm hole · Fit universal spigot and washers with RTV silicon on both sides. Use shake proof washer with nut. · Push on damper elbow with vacuum tubing pre-fitted. · Refit carburettor replacing spring clip for throttle cable. · Refit fuel pipe to injector. Retighten jubilee clip on spigot. · Reconnect the 4 electrical connectors. · Ensure carburettor is fully pushed down over the inlet rubber. · Re-tighten jubilee clip round carburettor base to inlet rubber. 64mm jubilee clip. · Refit airbox ensuring rubber on the base of the airbox goes over both ridges of the throttle body. · Refit both size 45 torx bolts at the back of the airbox. · Refit battery strap at the front of the airbox. · Refit front air intake section ensuring guidelug goes into hole under headlight. · Refit both size 20 torx screws on the right hand side of airbox. Bottom torx long and recessed and needs 75mm long driver. · Run vacuum line up right had side of top frame tube under the seat. Cable tie to frame if desired. · Drill 4.5mm hole into tail compartment for vacuum tubing. · Refit bodywork with 25mm torx fixings. · After fitting both side panels, refit indicators. · Mount RMV in tail section using the bolt on clamp set and utilising the hole supplied by BMW in the bottom of the section. · The filler plug hole should face upward. · Sand and clean swing arm under BMW sticker for chain adjustment.
